In the evening of September 23rd, the Green Bird Volunteer Team of the Volunteer Association of the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, together with the Xiangxinli Club, held the activity of Tide Game Sale, Happy Autumn on the balcony of the South Lake after the rainy day.
In the early stage of the activity, the members of the Association actively contacted the Handicraft Club of our school, and the Handicraft Club was very willing to cooperate with us and offered to provide us with free handmade works after they realized the purpose and meaning of the activity. After a week, the members of the Handicraft Club finished a lot of beautiful handmade works.
On the day of the event, members of the planning team actively carried the materials, set up the activity site, organized the goods for sale, and waited for the customers to come. The event site was bustling with people who came to participate in the sale and the concert. A wide range of cultural and creative peripherals and exquisite trinkets were placed on the tables, waiting for the people who took them away to give them a deeper meaning.
Many passers-by, after hearing that all the proceeds from the sale would be donated to the left-behind children of Tu Jiazhi Township Middle School, expressed their desire to participate in the activity, to contribute their own share of love, and to bring love and warmth from the society to the children.
The total income of this charity sale activity was 1024 RMB, and all the profit will be used to help the left-behind children in Tu Town. We would like to thank every participant for their contribution. Love is forged in a little bit, and it is this love that lights up the road of growth and development for the children in Tu Town.
